Terms and Conditions
Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them, when entering these Prize Draws.
- The Prize Draws are operated and managed by Conrad Energy Limited, Suites D&E Windrush Court, Blacklands Way, Abingdon, OX14 1SY (“Conrad Energy”).
- The Prize Draws are merchandise, match tickets and experience giveaways, which are open to anyone over the age of eighteen (18) years old and whose home address is in the UK. Conrad Energy reserves the right to require proof of identity.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- There are 8 monthly prize draws in total starting in October 2025 and running to the end of May 2026.
- To enter the Prize Draws you must complete the form on the following link between 00:01am (UK time) on the first day of the month and midnight on the final day of the month.
- By completing the form, participants who meet the criteria will earn one (1) entry into that month’s Prize Draw. Entries are only valid for the month in which they are made. To enter a subsequent month’s prize draw, you will need to complete the form again.
- Winners will be drawn at random from all entrants received by the monthly closing date/time and winners will receive that month’s prize. Prizes will be promoted each month on our Instagram account (www.instagram.com/conradenergy). They are as follows:
7.1 November – 4 tickets to a Harlequins home game in the 2025/26 season
7.2 December – A Harlequins home shirt signed by the men’s team
7.3 January – 4 tickets to a Harlequins home game in the 2025/26 season
7.4 February – A Gilbert rugby ball signed by the Harlequins men’s team
7.5 March – 4 tickets to a Harlequins home game in the 2025/26 season
7.6 April – A Harlequins home shirt signed by the men’s team
7.7 May – A Gilbert rugby ball signed by the Harlequins men’s team - You are not a guaranteed winner if you enter the Prize Draw. You can only win one prize. In the event you are selected twice an alternative winner will be chosen for the second and any subsequent prizes.
- Only one (1) entry per person per month is permitted and entry is conditional upon valid entry in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 5.
- The chosen winners will be notified by email by Conrad Energy, at or before 18:00 (UK time) on the 15th of every month following the closing date. If selected, you have Seventy two (72) hours from the time Conrad Energy has sent the email to you, to respond to Conrad Energy as instructed to claim the applicable Prize.
- If the applicable Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 10, a new winner will be selected at or after 12:00 (UK time) on 18th day of the month following the closing date. If selected, you have twenty four (24) hours from the date and time Conrad Energy has sent the email to you, to respond to Conrad Energy as instructed to claim the applicable Prize.
- If the applicable Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 10, the process in paragraph 10 will repeat until the winners are chosen and have adequately responded in accordance with paragraph 10.
- The Prize Draws are not open to employees of Harlequins, Conrad Energy or its affiliated entities.
- No cash alternative will be offered to the winners in replacement of the applicable Prize.
- The applicable Prize is not transferable once it has been assigned by Conrad Energy to the winner(s).

- Conrad Energy accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or unreadable and no such correspondence will be entered into between you and Conrad Energy and/or its affiliated entities.
- By entering the Prize Draws and in the event that you win a Prize, you agree that your name alongside photographs and footage from the prize giving / event may be used on printed materials and affiliated entity channels, official website and official social media channels of Conrad Energy and Harlequins without any additional remuneration.
- Conrad Energy reserves the right to substitute the Prize(s) for one (1) of its choosing which has a value similar to the Prize(s), in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Prize(s) are therefore subject to availability and change.
- The following Prize Draw entries are not valid: (i) entries which do not meet any eligibility or entry requirements as set out in these terms and conditions; (ii) entries submitted using a method or technique designed to unfairly increase chances of winning; (iii) third party or bulk entries; (iv) entries made in breach of these terms and conditions; (v) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; and (vi) dishonest entries.
- Conrad Energy reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its absolute discretion.
- Conrad Energy may, in its absolute discretion, change these terms and conditions or extend the Prize Draws, without notice at any time. Conrad Energy may at any time change, terminate, postpone or temporarily suspend the Prize Draws, with or without giving prior notice (for example, if this is necessary due to reasons outside of Conrad Energy’s control (including for example if fraud or suspected fraud is identified)).
- Conrad Energy reserves the right to invalidate entry, disqualify any entrant or recover the applicable Prize from any entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Conrad Energy is not liable for failing to meet its obligations under these terms and conditions if this is due to circumstances beyond Conrad Energy’s reasonable control. Such circumstances include, for example: extreme weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, industrial action, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, national mourning, unavoidable accidents, a pandemic, or epidemic, or a change in law or regulation.
- Conrad Energy does not accept any responsibility for: (i) any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entries or information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission, or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
- If the winner has a physical or mental impairment which would inhibit their ability to enjoy/make full use of the applicable Prize, then Conrad Energy asks that the winner makes this clear when they claim the applicable Prize, so that Conrad Energy can consult with the winner in advance and seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within Conrad Energy’s control, based on the information provided by the winner to Conrad Energy to ensure the winner can enjoy the applicable Prize to the fullest extent.
- The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to these Prize Draws, including but not limited to having their name, photograph, and disclosure of country of residence published with their entry and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Conrad Energy relating to any post-winning publicity. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in the Prize Draws or any publicity relating to the Prize Draws.
- By entering the Prize Draws, you accept that Conrad Energy’s decision is final and binding. You agree that no correspondence in relation to Conrad Energy’s decision will be entered into between you and Conrad Energy or its affiliated entities. Your entry into the Prize Draw(s) implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- By entering the Prize Draws, you also accept that the Prizes may be provided subject to our own terms & conditions and those of third parties.
- Conrad Energy reserves the right to hold and void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draws at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended or cancelled Conrad Energy is under no obligation to deliver the applicable Prizes to any entrant of the Prize Draws.
- To the extent permitted by law, Conrad Energy is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Prize Draws or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control.
- Conrad Energy will not be held responsible for the winner not taking full advantage of any applicable Prize due to health or for any other reason.
- The Prize Draws and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- When participating in the Prize Draws, you acknowledge that the details you provide to Conrad Energy to enter the Prize Draws will be made available both to Conrad Energy and to Harlequins (your “Personal Data”).
- All Personal Data held and used by Conrad Energy and Harlequins will be in accordance with their respective privacy policies (Harlequins’ privacy policy can be found at: https://www.quins.co.uk/privacy-policy. Conrad Energy’s privacy policy can be found at: https://conradenergy.co.uk/privacy-policy/) (“Privacy Policies”) and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draws, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policies. We may also use your Personal Data to verify your age and identity.
