We take our role within society seriously, working to minimise disruption and contributing to the people and environments in or near our sites.
Since 2020, our Community Fund has supported charities and not-for-profits, making a profound impact through a diverse range of activities. We are immensely proud to play a role in fostering the growth and vitality of our communities; enriching lives and creating positive and lasting change.
Conrad Energy has made significant contributions to various health initiatives. These include those addressing adult and youth mental and emotional health, organising charity events, providing disability support, facilitating child bereavement support groups, and supporting elderly care.
Our community and environmental initiatives are wide-ranging, including family support, environmental protection, education, scouting, swimming and safety training and animal welfare. In addition, we’ve supported a number of sporting groups including girls’ football, primary-age rugby clubs, and international cheerleading and dance teams.

We’re also proud to have been handed the Silver Award in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. Having signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2021, we are committed to treating military personnel and their families fairly – recognising their immense contribution to the UK.
